Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions that apply to customers who use any of Blackace Research’s services are as follows:

• As an intermediary registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), we are required to strictly follow all regulations set forth by the regulatory body and not deviate from them in any manner. We follow the SEBI regulations as they stand, and as research analysts, we will adjust our protocols as needed.
• Blackace Research prepares its reports using data from secondary sources. Blackace Research does not accept liability for any inaccuracies in its published reports, even if it takes all reasonable steps to assure the correctness of the data. The procedure is not flawless. Blackace Research will make a sincere effort to only use data from reputable, credible sources.
• We shall gather the results of our study based on the needs and characteristics of our clients. Any disparity between the customers' expectations and the actual report is not Blackace Research's fault, based on the correspondence between the two parties.
• Any costs incurred while such browsing are solely the visitor's obligation to the Blackace Research website. Blackace Research's website is merely a venue for them to sell their services; they don't take part in or split any costs related to using this website.
• There isn't another document that follows a similar format or adds to the terms and conditions stated here. Because of this, the website has posted this Terms & Conditions agreement, which says everything it needs to say.
• The substance of research papers is primarily fact-based but somewhat subjective. Although the Blackace Research researchers are qualified to offer their own perspectives and views in the articles, it is important to remember that they are not always and everywhere absolutely true. Every liability for any discrepancy in the content of any of Blackace Research's published reports is disclaimed.
• The customer agrees to receive periodic emails and SMS notifications from us, including but not limited to newsletters, links to promotional content, and connections to content from research reports, by registering for one of our services.
• Reports from Blackace Research include proprietary data that is only meant for subscribers of the company. Any unapproved source that redistributes these reports in any way risks legal action.
• Blackace Research will only send or notify customers of research papers via the official email address they provided upon subscribing. If you acquire research reports from email addresses other than the one that was supplied to you, you should not depend on them, and Blackace Research disclaims all liability for any damage or harm resulting from such illicit sources.
• By using our services, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated in the Blackace Research Terms & Conditions.
