BlackAce Research is unable to issue refunds. A paid subscription is non-refundable and non-cancelable for any service. However, a subscriber may request to have a service put on hold for a specific amount of time; the client will be informed of this upon request. After the holing period date, the service will be terminated.
BlackAce Research will make sure that any customer grievances are promptly resolved. Customers can use the BlackAce Research support portal to raise complaints by sending an email to support@blackaceresearch.in.
Customers can make a complaint on the SCORES platform (SEBI complaints resolution system scores.gov.in) if their issue that they brought up on the support platform is not addressed in 21 working days.
If the investor or client is still unhappy with the resolution after trying all of the aforementioned avenues for settlement, they can start a dispute using the ODR Portal at https://smartodr.in/login
